- Wrote music reviews, live reviews, and interviewed artists for the web site.
- Served as copy chief, overseeing copy staff responsible for editing featured articles, show previews, and interviews.
The Cut Up – 2009-present
- Was primary writer for 3 episodes of the comedy/cooking show through Athens Video Works.
- Served as floor director for in-studio segments.
- Acted as associate producer on both in-studio and out-of-studio segments
Southeast Ohio Magazine – 2009
- Wrote a restaurant review for the winter issue.
- Served on the copy staff and wrote headlines.
Backdrop Magazine – 2007 to 2009
- Wrote three music reviews for the first issue and one for the second.
- Pitched story ideas for other writers that were also printed.
- Was a member of the small ad team responsible for raising over $6000 needed to print OU’s first student-run magazine.
- Served as a copy editor for winter and spring issues in 2009.
- Maintained a blog during the 2009 Lenten Season.
